By using DSSSB Master you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What the app offers

Previous-year questions (PYQs), practice questions, mock tests and "anticipated" questions for DSSSB exams. Some content is free and some is Premium. Printed books for DSSSB exams can also be ordered through the app (see section 5).

2. Anticipated questions are predictions

Anticipated questions are practice questions prepared by us on the basis of past exam patterns. They are not actual exam questions and we do not promise that any of them will appear in an exam. PYQs come from publicly available past papers. Despite our care, a question or answer may contain errors. Please cross-check important facts from official sources. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the content.

3. Your account

• Sign-in is through Google. Your account is for your personal use only.
• Sharing your account, or using more than the allowed number of devices, may lead to suspension without refund.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Premium plans

Premium is time-based (for example 3, 6 or 12 months). The price and duration shown in the app at the time of purchase apply. Access starts after we verify your payment and ends on the expiry date. Plans do not renew automatically. See the Refund Policy.

5. Books

• Printed books are sold by Harsh, Delhi, India, and published under Syahi Publications.
• Prices shown are final and include all taxes. The delivery charge is shown at checkout; delivery is free on orders with a books subtotal of ₹999 or more.
• Premium members get a discount on the book price, as shown at checkout.
• An order is confirmed only after we verify your payment (manual UPI, using the UTR you enter). Stock is limited; if a copy is not available, the order will be cancelled and the full amount refunded.
• We dispatch within 2–3 days of confirmation, and delivery usually takes 5–7 days after dispatch. We deliver all over India. The courier tracking id is shown in My Orders in the app.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
• The content of the book is copyrighted and may not be copied, resold or shared.
• Returns, replacements and refunds for books are covered by the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You must not copy, scrape, resell, redistribute or publish the questions, answers or explanations, use bots or automated tools, or try to bypass the app's security or payment controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, explanations and the anticipated questions belong to us. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own exam preparation.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features and content may change.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Premium plan or the book order concerned. We are not responsible for exam results.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
