Last updated: 22 October 2026

DSSSB Master ("the app", "we") is an exam-preparation app for candidates of Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) examinations. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, including when you order a printed book through the app.

1. Data we collect

2. How we use it

3. Service providers

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database and Hosting) to run the app. Your data is processed on Google's servers under its terms. We do not sell your personal data and we do not show third-party advertising based on it.

For a book order, we share your name, mobile number and delivery address with the courier or delivery partner, only as needed to deliver the order.

The home page shows a preview of a YouTube video. The preview image loads from YouTube (Google), which can see your IP address and browser details as soon as the page opens. The video itself plays only after you click play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

The home page links to our Telegram group (t.me). Joining it is optional and is governed by Telegram's own privacy policy.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You may ask us to delete your account and associated data by writing to the contact email above from your registered email address. We will act on the request within 15 days, except for payment records which we may keep as required by law.

Book order records are kept as long as needed for delivery, support, accounting and legal requirements. The delivery address you used last is saved on your profile so the next checkout is filled in for you; you can change it at checkout whenever you place an order, or ask us to delete it as described above.

5. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent. Write to the contact email above.

6. Age

The app is meant for exam candidates aged 18 or above. Younger users should use it only with a parent or guardian.

7. Security

We use access rules and sign-in controls to protect your data. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

9. Grievance

For any privacy concern, write to the contact email below. We will reply within 15 days.
